Key Responsibilities
As a System Engineer – L2 at Wipro, your day-to-day tasks will include:
Providing remote technical support for Windows, Outlook, Teams, VPN, Citrix, and other enterprise tools
Handling irate customers with empathy and clear communication
Answering calls, responding to emails, and resolving queries in a timely manner
Troubleshooting OS-level issues and resolving user access problems
Escalating unresolved queries and routing tickets to appropriate support teams
Documenting support interactions and maintaining SOPs for new issues
Recognizing trends in support tickets and notifying management
✅ Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and empathy skills
Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Citrix/VDI, VPN
Proven ability in remote troubleshooting
Familiarity with ITIL ticketing systems and documentation practices
Graduate degree in any discipline (preferred)
Experience in Technical Support (Mandatory Skill)
