🎓 Who Can Apply – IRCON Apprentice Eligibility Criteria
If you’ve graduated in the last few years and want to apply your knowledge in real projects, here’s what you need:
✅ For Graduate Apprentices:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Signal & Telecom from a recognized university
Year of passing: 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025
Must NOT have job experience after graduation
✅ For Diploma (Technician) Apprentices:
Full-time diploma in Civil, Electrical, or S&T
Same year-of-passing rule applies (2022–2025)
❌ Not Eligible If:
You’re still waiting for results or have backlogs
You’ve already completed or are doing any other apprenticeship
You’ve had 1+ year of job experience after completing your degree/diploma
💰 Salary (Stipend) & Benefits
This is a paid apprenticeship — and unlike many internships, it comes with real pay and real work.
🧑🎓 Graduate Apprentices: ₹10,000/month
🧑🔧 Diploma Apprentices: ₹8,500/month
🕒 Duration: 1 year
🏠 Note: No housing provided, so you’ll need to manage your own accommodation
