Wipro WILP Salary & Stipend Structure
The stipend under WILP FY26 is structured to increase each year:
1st Year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI)
2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI)
3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI)
4th Year: ₹23,000
Joining Bonus: ₹75,000 (paid separately)

WILP Eligibility Criteria
To apply for Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) 2024 & 2025, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Graduation: BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics) with 60%+ marks or 6.0 CGPA.
10th & 12th: Pass (open school/distance allowed).
Backlogs: 1 backlog allowed during assessment, but must be cleared before final semester.
Mathematics Requirement: Core Mathematics must be studied in graduation. (Applied/Business Maths not accepted.)
Age & Gap: Candidate must be 18+ with max 3 years education gap before graduation (no gaps during graduation).
Nationality: Indian citizens or PIO/OCI holders.
Selection Process of WILP 2024 & 2025
The selection procedure for Wipro WILP FY26 includes three rounds:
Online Assessment (80 mins)
Verbal Ability – 20 questions (20 mins)
Analytical Ability – 20 questions (20 mins)
Quantitative Ability – 20 questions (20 mins)
Written Communication Test – 20 mins
Voice Assessment
Tests communication and professional readiness.
Business Discussion
Final HR + technical discussion before offer release.
Service Agreement
Candidates must sign a 60-month agreement. If you leave before completing the period, the joining bonus must be repaid on a pro-rata basis.
